Description: Small bronze spoon. The handle is modeled as a stylized anthropomorphic figure, characterized by a head with a crested hairstyle and arms that join the spoon handle. The concave part is decorated with a raised, creased edge. The back features an incised circular spiral motif, typical of Akan production. The object may have had an ornamental or ritual function, rather than a practical use, recalling the symbolism associated with sharing and nourishment.
